Swim for Life is a yearly fundraising swim marathon organised since 1996 by the non-profit organisation (a.s.b.l.) Brussels Gay Sports (BGS). The money raised is fully transferred to concrete AIDS help and prevention projects. More than 500,000 € have been raised so far.
The principle behind Swim for Life is simple: in the weeks ahead of the event, swimmers look for sponsors – among their family, friends and colleagues – to swim a maximum number of pool lengths in relay. They collect donations in cash or promises of donation via bank transfer in the form of donation certificates.

We were able to raise 29.700€ and our 200+ swimmers have swum 250km.

We were able to raise 37.798€ and our 260 swimmers have swum 304km.
